The former Sussex royal and her husband Prince Harry stepped back from the Royal Family on March 31 and fled to the US where they moved into movie mogul Tyler Perry’s mansion in Los Angeles.
But fans spotted Meghan Markle pointedly ditched her royal titles at her latest appearance.
Speaking at the 2020 Girl Up Leadership Summit, the former Duchess of Sussex used her real name rather than her royal titles.
After she married into the Royal Family Meghan began to use her formal title of Her Royal Highness, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.
However, it was agreed neither she nor Princ Harry would no longer use these titles as part of their decision to step down as senior members of the Royal Family.

Now, as the couple start their new life outside the Royal Family, Meghan has reverted to her maiden name.
Appearing via videolink at the Girl Up Summit Meghan Markle used her full name for the first time since departing the Royal Family.
Since they couple’s split from the Royal Family they have usually referred to themselves as Harry and Meghan.

At the summit, Mrs Markle made an empowering speech praising women leaders around the world.
She said: “I am extraordinarily proud of what you’ve already accomplished.
“Please, continue to honour the conviction and compassion that’s awoken within you.
“I will be cheering you on, so will my husband, so will Archie, as you all continue marching, advocating, and leading the way forward.”

In her speech Meghan also appeared to throw in a little dig against the Royal Family.
She added: “I want to share something with you.
“It’s that those in the halls and corridors and places of power, from lawmakers and world leaders to executives, all of those people, they depend on you more than you will ever depend on them.
“And here’s the thing: they know this.”

This comes after Harry and Meghan came under fire for their recent comments about the Commonwealth in a video call for equal rights with youth leaders.
Prince Harry said: “When you look across the Commonwealth, there is no way that we can move forward unless we acknowledge the past… and guess what, everybody benefits.”
Meghan added: “We’re going to have to be a little uncomfortable right now, because it’s only in pushing through that discomfort that we get to the other side of this and find the place where a high tide raises all ships.”
